Diana brings a wealth of expertise to her role as Co-Founder and Director of Investor Relations, boasting an MBA with a minor in Communications. Her professional journey spans a decade, during which she excelled as an Account Executive for Marketing Agencies in Colombia and assumed management roles within the largest Rental Car Company in the USA.
Over the past four years, Diana has cultivated her personal brand as a communication strategist for the Hispanic community, earning acclaim as a speaker, she is author of "7 Strategies to Achieve Success: The Power of Self-Talk." Diana's fostering the transparent communication with investors, ensuring they comprehend the significance of their capital allocation within the context of their investment portfolio. Drawing from his experience as a real estate investor focused on multi-family-oriented properties, Diana discerned a significant opportunity to empower both new and seasoned investors alike.
Kenneth Boldizar | Co-Founder and Managing Partner
Kenneth embarked on his real estate journey in South Florida in 2022, where his focus was on assisting families with relocation and addressing their essential needs. With over 15 years of experience in the dynamic realm of the Gambling Industry, Kenneth honed his passion for customer service and adept strategies for engaging with people.
His expertise extends to negotiation, meticulous research, and serving as a pivotal member of the underwriting team, demonstrating a profound commitment to delivering exceptional results. Drawing from his experience as a real estate investor focused on multi-family-oriented properties, Ken recognized a compelling opportunity to enhance the quality of life for many American families.)
